As Christians, let each of us, in our own way, help someone who is lost or in distress find their way to the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ, who came down from heaven to save souls and give eternal life (John 3:16-17). Let us be mirrors for the Lord, mirrors that brightly reflect His glory!

Today, we, like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego more than 2,500 years ago, must still make difficult choices for our faith. The most important question is not who, what, where, when, why, or how but rather whether – whether we will compromise our souls by taking the easier path offered by this fallen world. The Word of God tells us to refuse to bend. Refuse to bow. Stand firm in our faith (1 Corinthians 16:13) – even under fire.

This Labor Day, relax with those you love. Rejuvenate yourself. Renew your body, mind, spirit, and soul. But remember that Labor Day is also a day the Lord has made (Psalm 118:24), and that the greatest labor ever achieved was the Son of God’s laboring to save your soul from sin and death so you could live forever with Him (John 3:16-17, Romans 6:22-23). Now that’s a Labor Day worth celebrating!

For all He has done and all He has promised to do, let us give thanks to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and embrace Him with an attitude of gratitude!

When human plans begin to fail or fall apart, remember that you are loved by a perfect God with a perfect plan. And you are part of His plan.

We are all called to live a life of holiness, and the Word of God shows us the way. The journey will last a lifetime, and we will inevitably make mistakes along the way, but the reward which awaits us is beyond anything we can imagine.

Don’t settle for half-truths or passing truths; search for the full, abiding, and eternal Truth that comes only from the throne of God. Know the Truth – Jesus Christ – and let Him set you free!

Put your hope in the One who conquered death and took away your sins, because only Jesus has the words of eternal life…

No matter what you are going through, know that God is with you. He, and He alone, can give you rest for your soul. And true peace. And eternal victory.

A Declaration of Independence. A National Flag. A Constitution. A Republic. After 250 years, the United States of America is still standing strong, and, even more importantly, she is still One Nation Under God.

When darkness begins to overcome your soul, let Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Light of the World who died to take away your sins, bring you His redeeming light. Yes, let there be light!

There is power in the blood of Jesus Christ, and there is Holy Spirit power in you right now. So go forth, find your power in Jesus, and help change the world forever.

Never give up. No matter how difficult things may become, and no matter how overwhelmed you may feel, never give up. God will not fail you nor forsake you.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is a gift to be shared with others, because God wants no one to perish but all to repent and have eternal life (2 Peter 3:9). That is why you and I are called to go forth for the Kingdom of God.

At Pentecost, the power of the Holy Spirit was not given to make people comfortable, popular, or safe. It was poured out to embolden them, empower them, and equip them to do the work of the Kingdom of God. That same task now falls to us as Christians today.

Fear wants you to focus on yourself and your future in this world; God wants you to focus on Him and your future in His arms...

We face the same question posed by Joshua more than three thousand years ago: whom will we serve? Choose your future in Christ! Choose the Lord! Choose life everlasting!

You are God's beloved. Now. Always. Forever.

Her accusers wanted her blood. Jesus wanted her soul. Jesus won – and now He fights for you.

Whenever you are in need of water – not earthly water to refresh you but living water to satisfy your soul – just open your heart to Jesus and ask Him to enter and stay a while. He will not refuse. He will come to you, sit down, and soothe your soul. And He will even bring the water.
